Payment Terms
The purchase of any services offered by My Trip Adda (hereinafter referred to as "My Trip Adda") constitutes a binding agreement between My Trip Adda ("First Party") and the Client ("You") (Second Party). Booking any services implies your unconditional acceptance of the terms outlined below. These terms apply to you and all accompanying travelers.

My Trip Adda operates in high-risk areas, where weather conditions and natural factors can change unexpectedly, causing potential hazards. While My Trip Adda strives to minimize risks and ensure the best possible experience, unforeseen incidents may still occur. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to the terms outlined herein.

General Terms

1. Fitness Responsibility:
   My Trip Adda offers activities with varying difficulty levels. It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically and mentally prepared for the trek. Consult your physician for health clearance before booking. My Trip Adda is not liable for any issues arising from insufficient fitness or undisclosed medical conditions.
2. Documentation:
   All necessary documents, such as ID proofs and permissions, must be provided in advance. My Trip Adda is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
3. Program Dates:
   Ensure that all travel documents reflect the correct dates. My Trip Adda will not be liable for discrepancies.
4. Itinerary Changes:
   My Trip Adda reserves the right to modify or cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, political unrest, or health emergencies. Any additional costs arising from such changes will be borne by you.
5. Refund Policy:
• No refund will be provided if you voluntarily leave or drop out of the trip after it has started.
• Refunds for canceled trips are subject to My Trip Adda's cancellation policy.
• Refunds are not applicable for unused services or trip extensions.

Travel and Behavior

1. On-Trip Conduct:
   Participants are required to behave in a manner conducive to group travel. My Trip Adda reserves the right to terminate your participation if your behavior causes distress or danger to others. No refund will be provided in such cases.
2. Luggage Responsibility:
   You are responsible for your personal belongings. My Trip Adda is not liable for any loss or damage to your luggage or valuables during the trip.
3. Optional Activities:
   Activities not included in the package are your responsibility. My Trip Adda will not be held liable for any issues arising from these activities.

Collaboration Terms

1. Content Quality:
   Collaborators must submit high-quality visuals that align with My Trip Adda's brand values. Videos and reels must be well-edited, engaging, and original.
2. Brand Representation:
   All collaborative content must prominently feature the My Trip Adda logo or name.
3. Engagement Focus:
   Preference will be given to creators with an engaged audience over those with higher follower counts but lower engagement rates.
4. Mutual Transparency:
   My Trip Adda reserves the right to accept or decline collaboration requests based on strategic and content needs.
5. Frequency of Collaboration:
• Collaborators may submit one collaboration request per trek.
• A maximum of four collaborations are accepted per month.

Risk Awareness

By booking with My Trip Adda, you acknowledge that adventure activities carry inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for these risks and release My Trip Adda from any claims arising from injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the trip.

In Case of Emergency:
All expenses related to evacuation, medical treatment, or other emergencies are your responsibility.

Photography and Media Rights

By booking with My Trip Adda, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your images or videos for promotional purposes. If you have reservations about this, inform us at the time of booking.

Legal Compliance

1. Any disputes will be governed by Indian laws and settled in the courts of Delhi.
2. My Trip Adda reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
